NEON HAIR! Oh Myyy~

Hey lovely !

So I recently decided to color my hair some fun colors so I decided to go with Ion's new neon colors and giving Ion a second chance.



I got Cyan, Chartreuse, and Cantaloupe. (Very mermaid like)

So after adding these colors to my hair I waited about 50 to 60 minutes for the color to saturate well before rinsing it off with cold water which is very critical to keep fashion colors bright and lasting long.

My head never knows what hot water is when I have these colors in my hair.

First application May 28 2015

I tried to do the melting technique but with these colors is really extremely hard. However, this is what my hair ended up looking after I rinsed it off after applying the hair color for the first try. I was not too happy with how light it was looking so  I decided on doing a re application once my hair was completely dry.

This was how my hair ended up looking after the second application of the color which I totally loved! These bright colors were amazing even though I need to do two applications to get an even hair color.

So I loved my hair so bright, but sadly my hair was kind of dry looking so I decided to do a hair mask which I usually leave it on till the next day and just wash as normal with cold water after my hair got styled by moi I noticed that the color faded and in my opinion it faded way too much for my liking. I still like my color right now even if its not all bam! in your face.

REVIEW TIME!!!

Color: 
Color got 3 bows because the color is strong but not strong enough and needed a re application.
First Wash: 
 First Wash got 3 bows because the color washed out alot leaving me back to somewhat what I started with when I first did it on May.

Price got just 2 stars because the color is nothing like pravana and I get pravana cheaper at the pro store.
Color Texture: 
Texture only got 1 bow because this hair color is so super thick that sometimes you need to mix it with
Smell: 
Smell gets 5 bows because the smell is not bad at all I find it pleasant.
Amount in tube: 
Amount in tube got 2 bows because for the price is not quite worth what you get since again I get pravana and it lasts me a long while and I don't need more than 1- 1/2 tube for my hair and hair extensions.

Final thoughts about this:

My final thought about this would I recommend it to a friend?  Not really and here is why? The price is too much for too little, too tick color. I really wished the color was a bit more manageable and less thick and more of the product like other brands so that way you could melt it with other colors.

Again this has been my experience also not everyone hair is the same as mine so this was my opinion an experience also these colors were not given to me by the company I bought them with my own money.
