Making your own Food log

Hey everyone,

Sorry Yesterday I could not post yesterday
 I had people over at my house since my family and I are planning on going on a fun picnic on Saturday and we are a very big family so it takes some planning. I didn't had much time to do my blog post so here we are today doing the blog post and my first impression on Ion’s Color Brilliance Lavender fantasy color, Now on to the blog post!



I wanted to talk about having a food log since that is what I am doing right now to track what I eat and know how many calories I am consuming so that way I know I am keeping track of my calories and that way I can lose weight and eat a bit what I like. So here it is, why having a food log or emotional log will help you lose weight. Since I think that, they both go hand in hand because some of us eat thanks emotional issues


I think that starting a good log and emotional log will help in losing weight because I believe that they both go hand in hand. You can see what you have been eating and the calories you are consuming, also you can write notes to yourself like I know I should have ate this or that or don’t worry work out harder next time when you don’t burn as many calories as you  would have liked. This way if you cheat you will only be cheating yourself also; you have to be honest with yourself and believe me if you are not honest with yourself no one else will be or if they are they will be very rude about it and let’s face it no one wants to deal with that. It is good to write words of encouragement to yourself so you can feel motivated to do what you have to do.

If you are wondering what to do here is what you'll need here is a list:
1) A notebook (which ever notebook you find cute or interesting)
2) Pens ( Decorate your note book and write inspiring notes to yourself)
3) Stickers (If that interest you to make your notebook your own)

I personally am doing this because Of a work accident that brought me to realize that I really need to lose some weight. Remember no one can do this for you only you can do this for yourself! I’ll be honest II am 80 lbs. + over my ideal weight but I am trying my hardest I also surround myself with people who tell me you can do it don’t lose faith or don’t worry next week it will be better. Therefore, if you are having problems trying to lose a few pounds hang in there and do not give up! Here are some pics of my log notebook and how it looks:
